The first short that could be considered 'generic Hertzfeldt'. It contains his fond surrealism, playfulness of absurd dialog and sound techniques meta-referencing the babel of dollar store subtitling, and repetition humor as normalization of the bizarre, but nevertheless is as simple and basic as all those techniques get without that one little "WTF?!" factor he's usually better at. --PolarisDiB
I drift between a three and a four on this one. Wisdom Teeth is a one joke short. It's a very funny joke, but it's one joke. For people like me who love a good elaborate shaggy dog gag, it will be very enjoyable, for anyone who actually values their time, maybe not so much.
