The film presents cultural sites of the capital of the Independent State of Croatia: the cathedral (under construction), St. Marcus Church, Upper town, Ban Jelacic Square, everyday life of people on the main city square, constructions of Rebro Hospital and the mosque, King Tomislav Square etc.
