“The very fact of having made the music [for 'Story of Jen'] made me want something more stripped down in terms of editing. Fortunately, the film process had a deadline because otherwise I could have gone further into the stripped side. I was going to slowly unravel the story and keep only signs, it's something that is natural to me, going through ellypse more than through demonstration.”
