“What I wanted to try to do throughout the film ['Oil in the Blood'] was just remind people who ride bikes what it is to ride bikes. And to people who don’t ride bikes, suggest what it is to ride a bike. I suppose that’s what that cinematic and atmospheric aspect of the films is about. It’s to try and plug into that emotion.”
