“The biggest challenge of having a big role on a show like ['The Republic of Sarah'] was building up the stamina to access such a wide range of emotions on a daily basis. I’ve worked tolling jobs but never one where you have to “bare your soul” so frequently, which has always been my dream. But I had to learn on the job how to sustain that level of vulnerability.”
