“I discovered that what I can sell myself as, is femme fatale. I changed my look and started marketing myself as that, and that’s when it started to open up for me. I took matters into my own hands and would send packages out to people. Some of them worked. It was a matter of being pro-active as opposed to sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. I think that’s been gold for me, in all aspects of my life, but especially in my career.”
