“I know that the political system of any kind, would it be a tyranny or democracy, is based on vassals. These vassals are uncreative individuals who wants to be in the center of attention, to get respect and privileges. They give themselves to the system which rewards such people. But I consider film as an ethical thing, rather than political. None of my movies have a political dimension until the society and community puts such label on it.”
