IN 3 TIERS, each in reverse year order. Including a few mixed nationality films (part Austrian or Turkish for example), East as well as West Germany, also significant but infamous documentaries by Leni Riefenstahl. For now, i’ve not included Perfect Days, Grizzly Man, Family Romance LLC and Salt of the Earth though by German directors, as they are filmed elsewhere and not German productions.
