Films around Food

I had not seen “Eat Drink Man Woman” in a long time and it made me think of all these other films in which food is either displayed or used in a way to become a certain vector to the narrative. This list is not perfect, it isn’t complete either and one could argue that we could add a great many number of other films that feature important scenes that focus on food or that use food as a theme or an instrument to tell a story. Others could also argue that some of these films do not belong in that list. Sure, but it’s my list.
