Some obscurer gems of international cinema: films of under 50 ratings here

Under 50 at the time I plugged ‘em onto the list here. By “international” I mean not American. In order to avoid overlap, I’m trying not include films that are already on other lists, like “Japanese Cinema: The Top Drawer” (hence any Japanese films here would be of the excellent-but-not-quite-top-drawer designation). No order to speak of, all 4-5 stars by my reckoning.
