Estonia is liberated from Nazi occupation. Professor Miylas’ eldest son and nephew come to his house. The old scientist is horrified to find out that both worked as executioners in a Nazi death camp. The son’s attempt to kill his father makes Miylas leave his illusionary “citadel”.
