Steven is working on his novel when into his apartment walks an attractive woman, soaking wet. She’s with Steven’s neighbour, Jimmy Dolan, who’s a bit of a playboy. Jimmy is a PR man for a major studio but has only limited talent so he needs Steven’s help to write material about Betsy Blake.
