Harry Adams & wife are traveling on a rural road when they’re waylaid by crooked cop Officer Chandler, who’s running an extortion racket with the local mechanic & judge. The Adamses leave after paying the fees, but it turns out that they’re part of the State Commission, recording everything on tape.
