Lassi, Unni, and Manu Alhola are bachelor brothers living at their farm in a rural municipality. They don’t work and haven’t met any ladies. Alhola’s friend, Pauli is an alcoholic who records messages with his tape recorder to his dead mother. Alhola’s neighbors are a sectarian family.
