Synopsis

In 2009 a Danish troop accompanied by filmmaker Janus Metz arrives at Armadillo, an army base in southern Afghanistan. Shot over six months, the film plunges into the daily life of such group of soldiers, while revealing the complexity of this strange “war” and their international intervention.
