Irene Wagner is the director of the Wagner Institute – dance and propriety theory and disinhibition, but she is extremely buttoned up herself. To the chagrin of her younger sister Hilde, she forbids any fashionable dance in the institute. Now, Uncle Eduard, owner of night clubs arrives at the scene.
