Our take

One of the foremost films of the wuxia genre, King Hu’s Dragon Inn has inspired countless modern action films alongside directors like Tsai Ming-liang. The film revels in Hu’s sublime attention to space and the ecstatic choreography of battle, all shown in delirious widescreen!
