Two petty thieves Tara and Sitara get on the bad side of two wanted criminals, namely Panther and Cobra, and must run for their lives. They end up at the residence of Major Ram Singh, who is also on the lookout for Panther and Cobra. Ram Singh mistakes them for good people and shelters them.
