LA cop Richard Fox attempts to sort out the true villains in a war between Los Angeles drug lords and the Yakuza. A Yakuza gang want crime lord Bronson dead and send their top assassin from Japan, Domoto, to kill him. However, it all goes pear-shaped when Fox and his partner intervene.
