The heroic Insee Daeng (Red Eagle) goes undercover as Insee Thong (Golden Eagle) to deal with an imposter who is head of the criminal gang known as the Red Bamboo. Meanwhile, a cop goes undercover as a transvestite to infiltrate a ring of transvestite criminals in league with the Red Bamboo gang.
