Manuel is a poor farm worker from the Andes whose only way out of Peru and poverty is if he manages to charm a Gringa and get to accompany her to “Las Europas”. Equipped with an instruction book on the art of seducing Gringa, Manuel heads to Cuzco, where the streets are lined with blonde tourists.
