Kutani, an out-of-job director in Japan’s waning adult film industry, is recruited to evict screenwriter Iseki. The two men bond over drinks, recounting their lamentable romantic lives. Unassumingly, their accounts become a melancholic ode to the waning fortunes of the pink film industry.
