I AM THE RAPE

I am the Rape is a cinematic interpretation of the eponymous poem by Dambudzo Marechera. Bhagat’s film interprets the poem with audiovisual aids and supplements it with staged and documentary images of the traumatic biography of the author and the presence of Zimbabwe.
