Our take
Jacques Deray assembles what is arguably one of the most attractive casts ever—including Alain Delon and Romy Schneider at the top of their game—for this sultry poolside thriller. The filmic embodiment of the height of summer, La Piscine is as hot and languid as an August afternoon.
