Our take
Kaurismäki’s love for the toe-tapping rhythms of rock ‘n’ roll burns bright across his entire filmography, but he has a special place in his heart for the band Melrose. Shot live, this four-minute concert film captures the group in their element: tearing up the stage in a packed Helsinki dive bar.
