An ethereal Waheeda Rehman captivates as the demure protagonist of this reincarnation drama. The mysterious melodies by Ravi and poetic lyrics by Sahir Ludhianvi create an unforgettable haunting atmosphere. Based on Gulshan Nanda’s eponymous novel, Neel Kamal is an eerie and entertaining film.
