Starting from some film reels left behind by cinematographer and later Oscar winner Eugen Schuftan in Lisbon in 1940, this film, which the author calls an expanded photograph, slows down a day in the past as if we could relive it all over again. Suspense is added by the voice of the late Bruno Ganz.
