Kim Houang and Michel Boudriau are two cops “to life to death” since they met at the orphanage. Michel is a cop very marked by the Catholic education he received at the orphanage. Kim was adopted at birth by a couple of Vietnamese restauranteurs before being placed at the orphanage.
