Adrien leaves the can after 8 years for a heist. Bad surprise, his wife Theresa, has redone his life with Roger, a city bus driver, while his daughter, Odile, hangs on in clubs and his son, Gilles, steals bikes. In addition, his former accomplices refuse to return his share of the magot.
