Shatter (Stuart Whitman), an international hitman hiding out in Hong Kong after completing a contract on an African leader, teams up with a kung fu expert (Ti Lung) to try to get the money owed him. Various double crosses and fight scenes ensue. A Hammer Films/Shaw Brothers coproduction.
