A small group of young Muscovites, after seeing a horror film at the cinema, decide to visit a gloomy abandoned hospital in the city centre. However, the dilapidated building is infested by a horde of zombies, or rather “Soviet zombies”, i.e. Russian soldiers infected with a virus.
