Our take

In remote corners of contemporary India, superstitious beliefs continue to be an instrumental tool for socio-economic exploitation. Through a first-person account of Anaben Pawar’s appalling ordeals, Testimony of Ana paints a poignant portrait of tribal rights and a woman’s fight to survive.
