Our take

At the time, Terry Gilliam’s follow-up to Time Bandits and Brazil went so over-budget that the studio called it a flop. But time made it a cult classic: A handcrafted wonder and a funny, star-studded, and mind-bending fairy tale for the child in every adult and the adult in every child.
