Our take

Opening with Ayla Erduran and a Stradivarius violin, The Ballad of the Wood traces how the same timber becomes both music and architecture. Through master builders of the Western Black Sea region, Suha Arın records a craft passed down in whispers, where wood carries memory, rhythm, and time.
