Our take
Scripted by Jacques Prévert, this hidden gem from Jean Renoir’s vibrant, politically provocative 1930s period is a delightful, satirical masterpiece of social exploitation and cooperation. Buoyed by the spirit of the Popular Front, workers’ solidarity has never looked so irresistibly sexy and fun!
