Our take

Claude Lanzmann recorded 14 hours of conversation with rabbi Benjamin Murmelstein, one of his first interview subjects for Shoah. The footage, not included in Lanzmann’s monumental work, was re-edited in the form of this documentary that explores the historical testament of Theresienstadt.
