The Lawyer tells a story of love and manipulation between two men: a Lithuanian lawyer and a Syrian refugee stuck in Belgrade, Serbia. Unpacking complex subjects of identity, privilege and the nature of love, this film is a stylised cinematic experience inspired by film noir.
