Our take
High on emotion and heartbreak, Benoît Jacquot depicts a cruel love triangle that implicates two sisters. A scenario that never feels farfetched, Three Hearts is made not just believable, but outright gripping by the performances from leads Charlotte Gainsbourg and Chiara Mastroianni.
