It takes 24 years to create a pilot. On the night between 29th and 30th of October, 1944, newly inaugurated communists killed a group of pilots on Stratiste, in village Jabuka, near the city of Pancevo. An entire class of pilots was shot; many of them participated in air battles against Luftwaffe.
