Images of cherry blossoms, luminous fields bursting with color, and miscellaneous domestic ephemera are photographed from the screen of an obsolete televisual device.

In Blake Williams’s impressionistic short, a flickering monitor provides an enigmatic visual commons in which intriguing footage of domesticity and the great outdoors wordlessly converge. Through inventive use of 3D technology, the fragility and malleability of the image becomes strikingly palpable.
