Our take

Another gory addition to the twisty thrillers of contemporary South Korean cinema, Lee Su-jin’s neo-noir is a stormy urban fable soaked in blood and rain. Amid a vortex of shocking class conflict and male violence, the film finds its heart in the stirring performance of Chun Woo-hee (The Wailing).
