Our take
A bloody and gripping coming-of-age drama about breaking out and finding your own way in life. With lively performances from Robert Downey Jr. & Channing Tatum, A Guide… presents a strong directorial debut from Dito Montiel, who also wrote the autobiographical book the film is based on.
