Our take
Dystopian yet movingly contemporary, this acclaimed, finely-tuned short finds unexpected intimacy and love amidst urban cynicism and loneliness. In this meditation on city-living, Taipei is draped in cerulean hues—an icily alluring ocean where people drift in oblivion, all while wishing to be saved.
