Dealing with the medium of text, email and instant messenger this movie takes a twist on the classic fairy tail with just enough cheese to make it a guilty consumption.
SHOUT OUTS TO THE MATRIX REFERENCE.
Unpopular opinion: this film RULES. It's ridiculously crap and cheesy but somehow is still brilliant. I suppose it just reminds me of my youth and the soundtrack is pretty much the kinda music I used to listen to.
Takes one of the most well-known tales of all time and sets it in a high school scenario. In short, combining two types of narrative that have been done to death adds, go figure, nothing new nor noteworthy to the tale. It's as cliched, trite and corny as you'd expect. It has its moments of sweetness and some parts are, to a certain degree, enjoyable, but for the most part, the plot and characters are paper-thin.
