Synopsis

Audrey Benac lives alone in Paris after having moved there to tend to the home of her recently deceased friend. She struggles to find her footing in the world, moving through the days without any clear motivation or sense of purpose. Audrey forges a correspondence with two male filmmakers.

Our take

Echoing the disorientation of grief through a fragmented structure, this work of collaboration between Sofia Bohdanowicz, Deragh Campbell, Burak Çevik, and Blake Williams alleviates a broken soul by epistolary means. 3D imagery tessellates with 16mm and video footage in a prism of cinematic healing.
