Our take
In this touching Anatolian fable, Barış Pirhasan reveals a complex tableau of duty, love, and community. Through vibrant characters, he explores the tension between rigid doctrine and human compassion. A heartwarming meditation on the transformative power of empathy in the face of moral absolutes.
