Afflicted with agnosia, a neuropsychological disorder that disrupts her perception of outside stimuli, Joana attempts to protect a valuable secret that only she knows from mysterious forces conspiring to exploit her unreliable senses.

I mostly like the final scene that really gives a dark romantic touch to this Hispanic gothic thriller. Recommended. I don't know why but I thought a lot about Christopher Nolan's The Prestige while seeing this film. Because of the theme of the Double maybe.
A beautifully executed film with a plot full of promise. Technically Agnosia is stunning, Mira crafts a world that visually joins the ranks of other Gothic Spanish beauties but ultimetly falls short on story and leaves the viewer unsatisfied.
