Synopsis
Séraphin arrives at a small station to walk to the Spanish village Port-Bou. It is the same route through the mountains that Jewish philosopher Walter Benjamin had chosen as he crossed the French border in 1940. Benjamin committed suicide after the Spanish authorities had denied him entry.
