Dark comedy at its most uncomfortable. This is the movie Dark Horse tried to be! I pined for Eddie and resented the world in that he tried to beat. Feeling so bad that the laughs just sting, ya know!
I felt so awkward watching Eddy that I literally had to turn away from the screen a few times. I hate to just reference older filmmakers, but this truly is like a new generation Cassavettes.
