Synopsis
After captain playboy Eddie Cronen again sank a boat, he is stuck in a small house with his friend, Dr. Swaart. He receives a letter from the kingdom of Dorado, in which he is proposed to become the commander of the country’s fleet. Swaart had replied to an announcement without telling Eddie.
